Treemax Inc ("Treemax," "we," "us") is a licensed tree service (CSLB Lic #1040660) serving Sacramento, Citrus Heights, and surrounding areas in California. By using our website, requesting an estimate, or opting in to texts, you agree to these Terms.

Website Use

You may use our website to learn about our services, request estimates, and contact us. Please provide accurate information and do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Estimates

Estimates are free. An estimate is based on conditions observed at the time of the visit and the information you provide. Estimates are non-binding until you accept them. Prices and scope may change if site conditions differ from what was observed or described, or if you request changes.

Scheduling

You can request an estimate online at book.mytreemax.com/request, by phone, or by email. Appointment times are arrival windows, not exact times. We may need to reschedule because of weather, safety conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, and we will try to let you know as soon as possible. No Guarantees

Trees are living things affected by weather, soil, pests, disease, and other factors outside our control. Except as stated in a written agreement you accept, we do not guarantee the future health, growth, or stability of any tree, or any particular result from pruning, removal, or other work. Website content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treemax Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or text messaging program. Our total liability for any claim related to the website or text messaging program will not exceed $100. Work performed for you is governed by the estimate or agreement you accept. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law.

SMS Terms

Purpose: If you opt in, Treemax Inc will text you about your estimate request, estimate appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, and follow-ups on quotes we have provided.

How to opt in: You can opt in by checking the optional text-consent box on our booking form at book.mytreemax.com/request, by texting our office number (916) 580-7932 first, or by giving verbal consent when you call us.

• To cancel, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To rejoin, reply START.
